Hi there, I have one of the larger NB Jeeps and I wanted to do the same thing you did with this (F-150 I believe it was). I have watched a few different videos and the battery part is pretty self-explanatory but the rest of the electronics aren't. I mean, I'm gathering that the "servo" is needed for steering, but is it also just PART of a better (not the original) controller, and something need to connect to a microcontroller? Obviously, I'm kinda lost. Been recently reading about microcontrollers (Arduino & the ESC8266 board). When you say "ESC" are you referring to a microcontroller and if so, what parts exactly did you use? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! I'll be following your blog from now on.
